Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Triplo application or the triplo.app website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Triplo. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer any part of the Service;
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all trip content you create in Triplo. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Subscriptions

Triplo may offer optional paid subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the App Store and are subject to its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store account.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that maps, recommendations, or third-party data are accurate, complete, or available in every location. Always verify critical travel information independently.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplo and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
